Do you offer dedicated servers? (Sales)

Right now we don't have any ready to go offers. However you can request
a quote using the form at: https://www.geekhosters.com/quote or
contact our sales department at sales@geekhosters.com

Do you offer other control panels besides cpanel? (Sales)

Right now on the shared / reseller plans we only have cpanel, other control
panel will be added in the near feature. Dedicated servers can be setup
with the control panel of your choice.

Do you offer refunds? (Sales)

If you are unsatisfied with our services we will compensate the trouble we've
caused to you.

Is there a contract? (Sales)

No there isn't any contract, besides the yearly plans the payment is done
month by month without any obligations from your side.

What level of support do you offer? (Sales)

The servers are fully managed, you don't have to worry about them.
All you have to worry about is running your sites.
At our discretion we can help you with scripts and non server related
problems, however that is not included in our management plan.
